I just told Emma that she was my best friend....
she puts both her hands on my face....
looks at me and smiles....
turns my head to the right ......
and licks me in the face!
She's so weird!

I also just told her to say... "GLENN BECK!!!!"
{you know, there's the "Restoring Honor" rally in D.C. today?}
So... she looks at me and smiles and says "Glenn .... Dookie!!"
So..... yeah.... she's strange!

I love my little Emmie Gracie Poo!

OMG... I swear... as I am sitting here... she just climbed up on the couch with me
wearing Purple sunglasses and long johns style, pink, flowery pajamas.....
Looked at me.....
grabbed my face and said...
Mommy.....you're dead!!"

Moving on........

So, two days ago.... Brandon... my brother
was, once again, allowed to see his son!

Lets do a quick re~cap...

His crazy baby~mama
told him A YEAR AND A HALF AGO
that he had a son with her!!

That was in February 2009.....

The kid was 5 at this time.....

Three months later.....
she's like.... "ummmm, ya'll are weird... you can't see Jacob anymore!"

I swear, I'm not exaggerating.

Then Brandon goes over there, unannounced, for Christmas....
See's him.... but she still won't allow him to visit or call or write or anything.....

Until 2 days ago!

Ummmmmmmmm, Yeeeeah!!

Whatever!

She moved out of her parents house and says that now he can see Jacob whenever he wants...

?????
{{{** crickets chirping **}}}

She makes absolutely no sense!!!!!
I mean..... I really should not elaborate....
if I do....
it may involve curse words so I'll refrain!
So we have spent 2 days with Jacob this week!
He really is a doll baby!!!

Even with a frog on his head!!


AND this is why Brandon may cease to exist ..... if he touches my kid again!

That is my Trace!! And my mentally challenged brother!
Today he did that in my pool and Trace's head actually hit the bottom of the pool!!
I thought Tony was going to kick his you know what!


Anz loves animals... no matter if they're gross or not!
She's actually chased boys bigger than her with worms....
the boys cried!!
HAHAHAHAAAA
Really, they did!!

Anyway

Went to Ashley's Matilda Jane Trunk Show last night that she hosted!!
It was fabulous!!
Spent lots of dough!!

But it's all so beautiful!!!

And I worked hard for the green, so.....
I don't feel bad!!

I hope she did good so that she can become a Jane!!:)
She'd be the best in the whole~wide~world!!

Oh, yeah....... there is a meteor shower tonight!
Me and the kids and Tony were all in the back yard laying down watching the few that
sparked across the night sky!
Venus, Mars and Saturn are also out and visible!!!

I took a really crappy picture......

There they are....
the brightest is Venus and the one to the right is Saturn and the one to the left is Mars!

After looking at this picture..... I was kinda sorta floored!!

I did not see all these stars!
I don't know if you can see them bc of the quality... but I can see them on my end!!

There are a few bright ones you know that you see regularly...
but geeeezzzeee.... I took up the exposure to see what would happen...
and

A billion, million, gazillion stars!!!

Anyway..... my baby boy is asleep at the bottom of my bed!!

Creeping.......

That's what is happening to me.

Anxiety is creeping up on me and I can feel it.

I am completely overwhelmed.

There are so many things that I want to do and I have no idea where to start.

I have not got all my curriculum stuff in or my supplies.

I am kinda running off what I have and trying to review skills they are already familiar with.

Today was our "first" day of school.

It was fun!

Anz and Trace are seriously math geniuses.

They just get it. No sweat. And they love it.

Anz actually gave me a lesson with her AIMS Spacemen (Manipulative's).

She laid them out and explained to me that 6 purple girls were going to the movies.

3 blue boys wanted to go too and that meant that 9 kids were going to the movies.

Oh, their mom was going to, she's red, and that makes 10.

YEAH

I want to record her next time so that you people don't think I am lying!

Her mannerisms while "teaching" me are off the chain hilarious!

Trace wanted recess at 9:40 am. We started at 9am!!

Yeeeeaaah!!

Not so much baby boy!!

Emma roamed most of the morning. She's not interested in structure right now.

And

I'm not to hip on trying to enforce it right now...... so we're good!

I actually find it more fun to aggravate her!! I like it when she giggles!

On another note.....everyone of my sisters are at the Justin Bieber concert right now.....

I got a text that reads...

"OMG this is so fun. It's kinda like sober clubbin with your kids!! It's AWESOME!!"

I am kinda sad I'm not there. I haven't clubbed in so long.

Field Trips and TRIPS!

So..... I have been telling the kids that we will be taking all kinds of trips this year as we homeschool. I have been naming places and talking about all the things we are going to do and learn. I told them that we were going to a certain Georgia swamp later in the fall and Anz is in the back seat and says "Mommy, ain't we goin' to the Hokie~poe~noe~kie??" Ahhhhh, I love it when they say things like this. I just smiled and said "yes baby, we are!". Trace calls it the Okie~poe~noe~kie!! At least they have the number of syllables down!! Emma could care less. She has no idea what's going on. She's just along for the ride! Bossing people around in the meantime!

Oh, and by the way.... before people start talking about my random dumbness (blonde moments you could call them)..... this afternoon..... I had a shoot and Lindsay was with me being my little side kick, helping me out and all...... well.... she hollers at me and is like.... "Christi!! Come over here... get this shot of MJ!!!" So here I come... running around to the other side ...... no one informed me or my poor leg that there was a massive hole in the ground!! Buddy, my leg hit that thing I went straight to the ground!! I fell so hard..... I though my shin bone snapped in two!! EVERYONE starts laughing.... Lindsay!! And I look at her and I'm like.... there's a freaking HOLE!!!! Quit laughing!! Then everyone gets real concerned when they realized that the gaping gorge in the ground aided my face first dive to the ground! I told her I am going to video her telling the story! I laughed so hard on the way home listening to her describe my folly! She said that I just ate the ground all the while holding the camera up in the air in an attempt to spare it from hitting the ground!! {{{Big Sigh}}} I am so cool! Really, I am!! Anyway..... I have church tomorrow!! Maybe I can find a long dress to cover up my purple bruise that runs all the way up to my knee!! Lovely, just lovely!!!
